How long does it take for a book to get to me?
We ship our books to you direct from our printers: single copies ship within two business days of receiving your order; for orders of multiple copies, please allow a week to ten days for shipping. In the US we offer both Priority mail, which takes two to three days, and media mail, which may take up to two weeks. You choose your preferred method in the shopping cart. In the UK and Europe the books are sent via Royal Mail. Customs duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. What if I don’t want to give my credit card number over the Internet?

What devices can e-books be read on?
E-books can be read on most popular reading devices, including iPad, Kindle, Nook, and Sony e-readers. On purchasing an e-book, you’ll be sent a download link that gives you access to three distinct filetypes: mobi (compatible with Kindle), epub (compatible with iPad, Nook, and most other e-readers) and PDF. Your download link will never expire. Our e-books are DRM-free, and all filetypes are yours to download and use on any devices you may own.
I’ve bought the book and now I don’t want it – can I return it for a refund?
Sorry, we don’t accept returns and we don’t give refunds on e-book sales.
